4. Account Registration and Security

Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and a unique password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one account on 399de. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where 399de identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts except the earliest-registered may be closed and any balances, bonuses, and winnings in the closed accounts may be forfeited. 399de will use reasonable investigative measures to identify linked accounts, including analysis of device identifiers, payment method details, and IP address patterns.

Password and Login Security

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 399de, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 399de account balance within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. 399de is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.

Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, log in to your 399de account and navigate to the Withdraw section of the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud. Key withdrawal conditions include:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Any active wagering requirement (rollover) attached to a bonus must be fully completed before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus are freely withdrawable at any time subject to KYC verification.

399de reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Players who do not cooperate with verification requests may have their withdrawal held until compliance is achieved.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus awarded by 399de carries a wagering requirement (rollover). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered in eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Restrictions

The following general restrictions apply to all 399de bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to 399de support immediately without exploiting it.

399de's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject only to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 of these Terms. 399de is not obliged to provide specific evidence to a player in support of a prohibited conduct finding where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399de's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399de shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if 399de has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 399de does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, payment provider systems, or events outside 399de's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 399de's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 399de. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

11. Changes to These Terms

399de may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a specific future effective date is stated. Where a change is material, 399de will endeavour to provide players with advance notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the player's account.

Your continued use of 399de after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 399de support.
